On February 1, 2007, Nationwide TotalFlood Services became LandAmerica Tax & Flood Services, a division of LandAmerica Lender Services. This change is in name only - the products, services, order platforms and systems upon which you have come to rely will all remain the same in the near-term, and will improve to better serve your needs over time.
